There is something for everyone at Creation Fest and this year we are thrilled to be offering a programme for adults with learning disabilities. Each morning a teaching stream will mirror the theme of The Big Shed sessions, exploring it through interactive Bible studies, sensitively led worship, drama, prayer, optional craft activities and much more. The Karrek Community and Count Everyone In are working in partnership with Creation Fest, with the aim of sharing God’s love in simple, relevant and accessible ways. Look out too for afternoon and/or evening activities, as well as afternoon seminars on the subject of ‘Accessible Church’.
Creation Fest is working in partnership with Concern Wadebridge to provide mobility scooters and wheelchairs.
If you would like to book this equipment, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or ring 01208 812392.
The cost of a day’s booking is £5.00, plus £3.00 for insurance. Equipment can then be collected from our camping offices.
Creation Fest welcomes a ‘Signs of God' team that will offer British Sign Language (BSL) interpreters for all morning sessions in The Big Shed. Our aim is that our sessions are inclusive for all. The signing team is available for other sessions on request.
Our Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator, Emma Musto, has been starting to address the support that we provide for children with sensory issues. Equipment such as ear defenders and fidget toys will be available at the kids’ venue for children with concentration or sensory needs.
For families with children who need additional support, please contact Andy Kennedy at email@example.com in advance of your arrival so that we can discuss provision for your child’s needs.
On arrival at the site, head to the camping offices at The Pavilion to register, and collect wristbands and programmes. Ask the stewards if you require disabled parking and please display your blue badge. The parking area closest to The Pavilion is reserved for disabled parking.
Accessible camping is available close to the disabled toilets and showers. Please ask the stewards if you require disabled parking and display your blue badge.
All disabled parking and toilets are clearly marked on the map in the programme.
