Tania is a national leader with a FTSE100 background in Global Procurement and Contract Negotiation and church leadership. Tarn (as affectionately known) is focused on community renewal through relationships, reform and innovation, lending her professional acumen and 20 years ministerial experience to a variety of high impact organisations.

Tarn, alongside her leadership roles, preaches and teaches across the country (with a bias toward subjects most often avoided!) She is a keynote speaker at Spring Harvest, New Wine, Filling Stations, and many churches and groups across the U.K.

Her first book was published in 2015, with outstanding reviews, forwarded by Jeff Lucas. “Don’t beat yourself up – Living in the wisdom of kindsight” takes a fresh look at how to stay future focused and not living by past regrets.

As a mother of two adopted boys, Tarn has a beautiful new perspective on what ‘family’ means.
