From FREE daily workouts in our Fitness Factory to our sports pitch and skate park, our fun daily programme of activities to get you hot and sweaty mean that you can keep body, mind and spirit fully engaged at Creation Fest!

Why sports?

The Bible’s references to mind, body, and spirit make it clear that God intends us to value and look after our physical health as well as our spiritual and mental wellbeing.

And apart from that, it’s fun, a great way to unwind, meet people and let off some steam. We’ve got loads of fun, physical activity going on across the site all week… all for FREE! Because why should you have to choose between coming to a festival and staying fit and healthy?

Fitness Factory

Fitness and faith? Oh yes! Daily morning workouts, open gym sessions, fitness-focussed seminars, a 10K run, Olympic weightlifting, rowing sessions and more…

The Faith RXD team will be here all week running the Fitness Factory, making sure that you stay in tip-top condition, spiritually and physically – all for FREE! If you’ve heard about the phenomenon that is Crossfit and always wanted to try it, this is your chance!

Open to over 18s (or 14-17-year-olds accompanied by an adult) Fitness Factory is suitable for all levels of fitness and experience. Using a variety of athletic, gymnastic, strongman and weight-training activities, you will be pushed to your max physically, spiritually, and mentally in your faith and fitness journey.

The Sports Pitch & Street Cages

Run in partnership with Scripture Union, the Sports Pitch and Street Cages host games on the hour, every hour, each afternoon. Check the Information Boards around site for the Match of the Day, all-age and age-specific sessions.

All activities are led by qualified coaches and are completely FREE of charge! We love to pause every hour, on the hour to pray and share stories and we LOVE playing sport. From perennial favourites such as football, basketball and dodgeball to kub, handball or boules, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Come on your own or bring a group – all welcome!
